Fonner is an exellent Dispenser

I have no idea what the previous person (Chandra) is talking about. I have been using Fonner since 1989 (4 sets of new aids) and they have been absolutely wonderful. Julie and her team will spend however long it takes to make the situation right. Case in point, I had an issue with the programming of my new instruments and we spent at least an hour making adjustments and she would not let me...

A little history..
Chandra has a moderate-to-severe sensori-neural hearing loss. She wears completely in-the canal style hearing aids in both ears. I have taken care of her hearing aids since she came to me in November 2000. I have spent many visits with Chandra helping her to learn how to take care of her hearing aids, cleaning, adjusting and servicing them...

Fonner Hearing Aid Center repair my hearing aid without authorization. They fixed before telling me how much it would cost, and now they will not give it back.
