The Flying Squirrel is destined to be that great Seattle neighborhood pizza parlor, one that you come back to again and again because of the amazing food, wonderful service and engaging atmosphere. Attention pizza fans, Eater has an announcement for you, and it's a good one: Flying Squirrel is coming to Georgetown, and it's coming soon.

Outstanding pizza! Best I have had in a long time
Flying Squirrel cheerfully accommodated our 30 person group in their event space on very short notice (a child birthday party moved inside due to bad weather). I highly recommend Flying Squirrel for groups of all sizes and ages!

Great pizza, but the place is very noisy. Lots of families with small kids.
Flying Squirrel Pizza Co. opened its doors for business on Friday October 24th, 2008. This is a true neighborhood joint, which the chef/owner remodeled himself (and the help of some great friends and family) to ensure that his casual yet funky vision would be achieved. Since 2008 we have opened up yet another location in Ballard, and a third location in Maple Leaf late summer of 2011! Flying...
