Although place is crowded, waiter could find a table for 5:-)

In town for a Astro's game. Liked the name of the bar and thought I would give it a try. Was very pleasantly surprised. A HUGH selection of beers. Great service and fun atmosphere.
I absolutely love places that have dozens and dozens of draft beers on tap. The flying saucer does not disappoint.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff can help guide you through the long list of offerings.
The most impressive part of their beer selection is the amount of local/Texas beers on tap. You truly get to try something that is local.
Flying Saucer offers 85 taps and an extensive menu of bottled brews. They also offer a menu of pretzels, appetizers, hot sandwiches, salads, and wraps.
Tuesday is singer-songwriter night, an open mike for musicians. Wednesday is Brewery Night (buy the featured beer, keep the glass). On Sundays, Texas brews are only $2.50 per pint.
