TERRIBLE! Didn't do what he was hired to do, didn't follow through on anything he said he'd do, terrible (almost non-existent) communication - in the end, his lack of communication and failure to stick to the (many different) schedule(s) he gave me cost me a lot of money in lost work. GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR COMPUTER SERVICE NEEDS.

HORRIBLE!!!! Do yourself a favor and stay clear of Paul Terry and Flying Hills Computer Service. He did not follow through on ONE THING he told me - I hired him for data recovery - was specific about what I needed, and got none of it. Ended up costing me a lot of money in lost work, etc., because he would not return phone calls and never followed through with the timeline he gave me. TERRIBLE -...

Company is very unreliable, makes appointments and never shows up. Then when he showed up took my pc and stated 3 day repair time. Never heard from him after calling for over a week and finally he calls and makes an appt to return and never shows up> Still waiting....

Owner/operator unreliable, misses appointment to provide consultation. Calls next day blundering like the nutty professor how he doesn't know how the appt got taken out of his i-phone. Hmmm, anyway took the pc...

I was 100% satisfied with my service at FCHS. Paul was friendly to deal with and went out of his way to get the necessary parts for my computer at the cheapest price. All of this with a less than 24 hour turn around time. I would recommend him to everyone and certainly will be a returning customer.
