I came up here from Brooklyn to get their "expertise" on recessed lighting. What I got instead was a blank, homophobic stare, no assistance, and a complete lack of respect for customer service....
The woman answering the phones here is a real B****. Sorry to be so blunt, but it's true--she is VERRRRY RUDE and I was totally turned off by her disgusting attitude. Maybe if they actually worked...
