Most awful grooming I have ever seen. Had my Shih Tzu in for a trim and nails, and she came back with one side of her face shaved to the skin and the other short. My dog was so traumatized by the visit she now shakes when i take her out to the car, fearing that she is being taken to the groomers. I will NEVER bring her back there again to these butchers.

We have taken our dogs here for grooming for about four years. They always come back looking beautiful. Our poodle used to go to Gary's Poodles in Los Gatos and he asked us to sedate her because she screamed and cried so much when she was there. I will not take my pet back to Fluffy Puppy. I took our previous dog there for 17 years and when we got a new dog from poodle rescue I started taking her ther. The dog shakes like a leaf before going in the door. Karen is often out of sorts and rude to people and the last 2 times our dog was groomeed there she had cuts on her.
