I have given and received flowers from this company. The last time I gave flowers to my mom for mom's day and I was disappointed. I called to complain and the woman I spoke with was rude and defensive toward me. One time I received flowers they outsourced the job to a florist near me and they were subpar. All the other times the flowers were absolutely beautiful.

Be careful - better to go in and order than ordering online or by phone. My first experience was in person and the flowers delivered were awesome. Second time I ordered online and paid extra for an arrangement - the flowers received were not like the picture, flowers were wilted, puny and dreadful. Won't …
