One of your "salesman" sent a message over facebook asking what I was looking for. I told him and didnt hear back for over 2 weeks, Today he finally responded with "check out my website bra". I think you should have a little more respect when it comes to talking to customers.

Set a 9am appt time for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at 8:40am. It's 10:10am and I'm still waiting. Tell me why it should take well over an hour to change my oil and rotate tires. And the waiting room is freezing!
