I wanted to share my thoughts and gratitude to Florida Top Moving Company for the service and caring the have displayed during our move. We were in the middle of a short sale to purchase our dream home, but as any of you would know short sales are plagued with problems and delays. Turns out we had to change our moving dates 6 times over 4 months and each time our contact at Florida Top Moving Company accommodated our request with a smile and reassurance. I also wanted to note we were never charged for all those date changes.
I am so happy that I did my research before picking my movers. Florida Top Moving Company did a great job during our move. The thing I found so cool was that they called me 4 days after our delivery to ask about our experience and get input on how better they could have served us. I think this is a good example on how a company should be operating.
Florida Top Moving Company was the best choice. The men had our home packed and loaded in no time flat. The even cleaned and discarded all the left over trash we had accumulated in the garage.
