I called Mastertemp yesterday around 3:45 pm. They had somebody here right away. There was no waiting and no putting me off until the next day. When the tech arrived he took his time troubleshooting my problem. He was honest and told me what I needed to fix the problem. He didn't have the part with him to do it right then.
