Bouillabaise had too much tomato and very little saffron, not a lot of flavor. Friend had short ribs with not a lot of flavor also. Spent $160.00 for alcohol and food here, dont mind spending that kind of money however the food has to be worth it which it wasn't. Better to cater to rich Yalies who can drop $160.00 on mediocre food. And by the way the following restaurants I have eaten at and...

Four of us went on a Saturday night, we were seated at the time of our reservation. One of the owners and his staff could not have been more friendly and help full. The food met our expectations, which is high. We dine at many fine restaurants. I especially liked the Scallop dish, I will be going back soon. If I could offer one suggestion; There was a limited variety of Gin.

Food was excellent. A group of five and we all enjoyed our meal. We were seated in a small alcove which was perfect for our group. Happy hour house wines were very good and inexpensive. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We had an amazing meal. The raw seafood was extremely fresh--right out of the sea. The cooked food was just as we ordered it. I really am not a fan of Brussels sprouts, but they were prepared in a way that we all enjoyed them. Service was exceptional. The atmosphere was upscale and comfortable. We enjoyed our meal and look forward to our next visit to the Florian!

We went here based on the NY Times review, but were disappointed. Bread never arrived at our table. We watched our appetizers sit waiting to be delivered to our table for almost 10 minutes while servers chatted nearby, long enough for the sushi to become unpleasantly warm from the sushi rice tater tot it was sitting on.
