I admit to being pretty lazy. If I experience bad service will usually ignore it and just take my business elsewhere rather than go out of my way to rehash it. However, this my experience with this particular business was so bad, I just had to share.

My buddy who is currently in Afghanistan was nice enough to send me flowers through FTD for my birthday last Sunday. I had plans for most of the day and was not home when they were delivered. The florist gave me a ""courtesy call"" to let me know they had left the flowers on the ground in front of my apartment door (which is in a common...
