Have an honest business! & learn to be considerate & sympathetic to customers, especially when you screw up & or don't deliver someone's order. & take accountability instead if blaming your drivers because you didn't do your job! My husband is military & overseas. Our 2 year anniversary was April 16th. He was trying to surprise me with flowers he ordered throuh FTD to be delivered on the 15th. I got nothing for my anniversary!! He didn't know my flowers weren't delivered because they sent FTD a confirmation of delivery. On the 17th, after a complaint was filed to FTD, I received these dark gloomy & a little wildered...
