For "fine dining without the pretense", this Arlington "go-to" is a "cut above" thanks to chef-owner Bob Sargent, who "uses local food in interesting ways" to create "exquisite" New American dishes that "change with the seasons"; staffers who are "attentive without being overbearing" and a setting in a "lovely" converted old bank complete what "never fails" to be a "fantastic" experience.
