Customer service is a joke. I have been trying to file a claim on carpet warranty for over a year and they keep losing my file and documents. They will never call back. After numerous phone calls and apologies and stalling now tell me they can do nothing unless I find a receipt that is three years old but they can't find my file from week to week when I call to ask about claim or the pictures...

The entire experience was fantastic! I was unsure of what I wanted and they helped me find the right products for my needs. The installation went flawless and now we have a beautiful space for my family to enjoy. I will go back to The Flooring Gallery for future purchases.

Flooring Gallery installed my kitchen flooring 9 years ago and I recently had them come back and do my utility-room floor. I dealt with Midge Smith both times and had an outstanding experience.

Flooring Gallery did the laminate flooring for 2 rooms and a hallway in our house. We had a good experience with them. The woman who helped us was very knowledgeable, knew what to do, and did a good job. She made sure that all of the measurements were done properly. Everything turned out well.
