If I could give them zero stars I would. I just walked out of there after being treated so rudely that I will never go back, let alone shop there for the renovation project I'm about to start. The flooring salesperson was dismissive and aggressively unpleasant. My advice: go to across the street Lowe's. The couldn't possibly be less helpful, and at least they're nice.

We ordered our tile for our bathroom remodel from Paule. She was great. Super bubbly and nice. She guided us through the whole process, and even gave our contractor a tutorial on how to properly install the shower drain system that we ordered from Floorcraft. Thanks Paule! :)

I have used Floorcraft for a few different projects and Dave and Carolyn are always so great to work with! Recently they really stepped it up and worked with me to do something out of the box. They were patient and accommodating, I will definitely use them again!
