This location has a great selection of flooring. We had a hard time finding someone to assist us. That was until we came across Anthony in the tile section. He was awesome. Great customer service. He went above and beyond in assisting us and answering all our questions. We will back and will only ask for him.

The selection here is good but the customer service needs some improvements. I am a frequent shopper at this store but I would rather drive to Roswell or Atlanta before coming back to the Buford location.

I had a mixed experience but got what I was looking for in the long run. I asked an employee if she could check to see if there were additional tiles that I was looking for in the back of the store.
