Personal and professional. Marty at Floor Coverings international was simply that. I was skeptical about shopping for carpeting in my home rather than in a showroom but I was pleasantly surprised. I told them roughly what we were looking for and they brought the samples to our house. We got to choose our flooring based on what it looked like in our house - not under artificial lighting. Marty helped us choose a nice berber carpet for our living room. He measured our space and his guys installed without any issues and just as promised.
