We had a serious water damage problem in our basement. Flood Specialists was out in a couple of hours from time of phone call. Crews were very polite and professional. Follow up was good and carpets were dry and ready for new pad in three days. Now the carpet has been reinstalled with new pad and it has been cleaned and it looks great. We couldn't have had better service
My neighbor had a horrible fire and we were lucky the fire didn't spread to our house. The fire actually caused us a considerable amount of smoke damage which is why I brought Flood Specialists in. They handled the smoke damage with no problems. They even used some machines to raise the air quality in my house. I was really happy with the job they did which is why I am recommending them to you!
My restaurant flooded out from a faulty sprinkler head. The place was wiped out completely. I called and within 45 minutes they were there with a 10 + man crew. My place was completely emptied out cleaned up and dried within 3 days! My contractor couldn’t believe it and we were up and running again within week. Best part is they worked everything out with my insurance company for me! I would definitely use them again, but hope I don't have to. The crew worked all day and night and completed the job. In July, 2010 a flood occurred at one of our storage facilities Flood Specialists began work the next day and did not stop until all work was complete... The people employed by Flood Specialists were hard working, courteous and so helpful... The end results were astounding and I highly recommend Flood Specialists.
