Right at the nicest part of summer our pool heater failed. The issue was intermittent and those things are the toughest to diagnose. But, Ken is a wizard when it comes to pool equipment. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem in an electronic component and knew exactly what to do. He fixed …

I suspected a very serious problem with my spa. I called a referral service and was given FloMaster's number. When Ken arrived (on time and within 24 hours of my call) he found the problem to be the ground wires - not the spa. Minimal time and charges later, fixed. Ken took the time to explain the problem so I understood. He had the opportunity to take advantage of me not knowing anything...
