Have bee here several times at different times of the week and day. always had a great time love the private rooms sauna and steam room. looking to go again soon love the casual atmosphere and friendly staff and customers

i went to the club on a monday night and the place was packed with all different types of guys and i had an awsome time. I love the fact they have a saline pool as one of the ammenities there, it shows how flex is really flowing with the times. I love the outdoor patio area with all the great trees. It was easy to find and the staff was really nice and attentive to my needs.

Flex is a private men only fitness and spa located in in midtown. They offer private rooms and saunas, swimming pools. The staff is all male and the facility is very clean and well kept.
