Help us make it rightThis weekend I dropped off my truck to have them fix my muffler - they quoted me $150, if I paid CASH. I needed it done and thought it was reasonable, so I left my car. When I went to pick it up, they were charging me $250 and wouldn't relinquish the car until I paid the $250. I tried getting the owner on the phone and he hung up on me. Then his Jamaican worker texted me and told me to come in on Monday and he would give me the $100 back. I went and was confronted by the owner who refused to give me my money back and then added insult to injury by telling me he should have charged me $350, and he was doing me a favor. I will NEVER go back to these thieves.
They quoted me $150 (cash) to fix my muffler and when I went to pick up the car (after hours at the gas station) they had charged me $250 and wouldn't relinquish my car until I paid it. Received a text from the Jamaican worker apologizing and telling me to come back on Monday and he would give me the $100 back and when I went back the Owner, Abraham, said he was doing me a favor and should have charged me $350, so I was getting a deal with $250. He wouldn't give me my $100 back and I will NEVER go there again. They are liars and thieves.
