Their Hearts are in the right place....but the food is off.

Struggling for a number of years now the new location doesn't seem to be working for Flavor of India. They have a lunch time buffet that no matter how hard they work never seems to draw more than a handful of customers. It is fairly limited and not all that exciting. The owners and the staff have their hearts in the right place but apparently not their recipes or marketing. There are much better...

The wait staff were not friendly or prompt, depite only having only two other couples in the...

Business description (3)

The décor is warm and cozy, with an emphasis on intimacy and elegance. Plush carpeting, authentic Indian art and dark shades of red, are complimented by low romantic lighting. The restaurant consists of an entrance area, for secluded pre-dinner drinks, and a spacious dining area. Many smaller intimate sections provide for romantic candlelit evenings. The food is true authentic North Indian,...

This restaurant prepares classic Indian delicacies served in the historic Pioneer Square atmosphere. Flavorful tandoori chicken, tikka masala and other regional specialties are Flavor of India's forte, and a daily lunch buffet is offered.
