I ordered two boxes for a quoted price of $600. When the bill came it was $1100. They claimed weight overage and extra days on the site. We had the boxes for about a week each. They did not mention any of the extra charges to us on the phone. When I questioned them, they said that it is printed on their contract. I reminded them that they had dropped the boxes off when I was not present. I had asked for an 11:00 AM drop off time they apparently arrived early so they just left it. Our company has used Flannery's Drop Box Service several times due to the low pricing. Unfortunately, we will not be using them again. The gentleman who answers the phone is not only rude, but constantly gets orders incorrect. He either books the dumpster for the wrong days or he gives incorrect pricing info (this is NOT in reference to the overweight charges). Every other order is wrong somehow, but he will always blame the customer. I just received a bill saying we didn't pay for enough days, even though we were quoted a price and paid up-front.

I used Flannery's drop box for some spring clean up. When I called they explained how it worked and what the price was. They explained that there were additional fees if we exceeded the weight limit and that the dump site printed the weight and we would get a copy mailed to us. They were very helpful, on time for drop off and pick up, and informative. It was inexpensive and so much more convienient than taking numerous trips to the dump and paying each time we went! I have reccommended them to several friends already who are planning to do just as we did!

I am renovating my home and I have used several different drop box companies during the last year. DO NOT use Flannery's Drop Box Service, Inc. unless you want to pay overweight charges. Expect your bill to double if you use them. It's the perfect scam because they are the only ones to see the final weight and there is no way to argue. I've used them twice and BOTH times I was sent an extra bill for overage. I have NEVER experienced this with any other company.
