It's hard to imagine an upscale steakhouse on the level of Flame in a small town like Springfield, but it's a must for any steak lover. The intimate atmosphere is equally enjoyable for couples, families, or business associates. The service staff is always wonderful and the menu is out of this world! It isn't cheap, but it is worth every...

While the steak was as tender as butter, it wasn't seasoned well which is always a disappointment. The lobster mac and cheese was awesome as was the calamari appetizer. Great atmosphere, music was nice, and the service was perfect.

An outing with friends took us to Flame. Friends said it had an excellent reputation for steak and since I am a steak and potatoes type of girl I looked forward to it. I ordered the ribeye steak and it was very ordinary...and when I say ordinary I mean I have had much better steaks at a local chain steakhouse....

OK, gals. When he tells you hell take anywhere you want for dinner, this is the place. Romantic lighting, dry-aged steaks, extensive wine list and a lounge downstairs to relax in after a marvelous meal. Valet parking on the weekends and fine dining all the time. And guys, this would be a really nice surprise for her.
