I was charged $250.00 for a $20.00 plumbing permit. Both repacement P traps/drains leaked badly after the install which costed over $400.

Derek responded promptly to my email and was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. He arrived on time, explained to me what he was going to do and answered all my questions. He also gave me some tips for preventing a recurrence of the problem. It wasn't cheap but I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again.

The plumber we contacted was able to come out to our home within a few hours of when our water heater failed and flooded our basement. He knew within a few minutes that the water heater would have to be replaced, not repaired and said he could have a new one out within a short time.
