Although we never found the mysterious noise problem all I know is when I got my car back it was gone and running better than ever! Since my BMW has high mileage, over 150,000 it's great to know these guys will take care of it and my $$ by always doing a great HONEST job :))

I started taking my vehicle to Fixcarnow a few years ago, and I've always been happy with the service. They're prompt, thorough, and fair. I've never felt like I was being ripped off or talked down too. (I'm sure most women have some sort of horror story about going to a mechanic and being condescended to.) Their prices are very fair and they don't try to push additional services or repairs....

this car shop in culver city must have changed owners the original guy (who had tattoos down his arms was great and personable) I guess he is gone now because the asshole that is there now is different. he ignored me after asking me to wait I stood there for 15 minutes watching him walk around and work on a car. not to mention I called and made an appointment the day before so he knew I was...

Went in for an oil change, then I was told I need a transmission flush. Everything went fine until I left home the next morning and found a lot of transmission fluid leaking from my car. I went to the Motor location to have them look at it on Sunday and they told me too much transmission fluid was put it so they had to top it off to make sure I had normal level in my car
