Matt has been keeping my house together for the past 8 years. Necessary maintenance had been skipped on my house for a long time whenI bought it. He has painted rooms, rebuilt a wall, installed faucets, fixed leaking doors, replaced window screens, rebuilt a bed, cleaned out the garage, acted as contractor and found sub-contractors when needed (and many more tasks). Matt provides great service. The quality of his work is excellent with good attention to detail. If he can't do a job, he lets you know and works to find someone who can. He makes sure he understands what you want and is careful to check anytime he has a question. His prices are also very fair.
