I was deaply disappointed with five stars policy of having to look up your balance on line or pay a five dollar penalty because they will send you the statement in the mail. I rarely read the statements, but do frequently phone to see what my balance is and if checks have cleared. The response was from the main office "that doesn't count you have to look on line" Five star is the only bank I've...
