I would not recomend this place to someone who would like freedom and would like to have kids or a family and be able toride a bike or just play outside this gerald burns is a control freak

while generally clean, Seven Oaks Mobile Home Park fails on several issues, wastwater pond adjacent to living quarters, dumpster in the middle of park, noise from Juban road, poor management and slow reponse on maintenance issues, tenants i have spoken to tells me the water line is either broken or turned off at least once a month. Poor drainage is a big issue here, the absence of an approved drainage system causes problems with standing water whenever there is a rain. Despite its initial appearance and nice oak trees this is just another pay-as-you-go retirement park, the management...
