they prepared a wrong tax return and now they don't reply to my messages

They prepared my 2012 state tax return and now I have found out it was wrong. I sent them 4 messages and I've never received any reply. I will have to pay taxes for 2012 with interests and penalties because of their errors and they don't even have the time to answer my emails.

Just like last year, Five Points gave me great personalized service and got me more than I was expecting. I've recommended them to friends in the past and will continue to do so. I will continue to use them in the future and hope to expand our relationship as I prepare to incorporate my business.

Bad Business Practices.

My company did an emergency service visit for Five Points Advisory Group in good faith and they have refused to pay the invoice. I had 3 service technicians there until late in the evening doing computer network wiring, moving their data closet into their suite to keep their network secure. As was said the work was done on good faith and they have proven they are not worthy of such faith.
