I love this gym. People complain about the facility but I've been here for years, I love it and train there every day.
Worse costumer service. Staff is not knowledgeable about policies or anything. In addition they all have an attitude when you asked them questions. Manager are the worse, would not speak to you.
Don't go here if you ever want to get out of your contract. You have to mail corporate for them to cancel, not just that but it has to be certified mail. Which means it ends up actually costing...
This place is matches its price. There is a reason they are so packed. The only thing I have to complain about is that they need to put more paper towels and cleaning spray around the gym. Poor customer service. Been waiting for 4 days, for a Manager to call me back. They are always busy or on break. They will come up with any excuse to not deal with paying customers! I was told, "we don't accept early payments". I asked why not? Just so you can charge me double for a late payment n she laughed n said Yes! And Fitness Connection makes it impossible to cancel. Would not recommend.
