Great gym... the perfect size place for people who are serious about fitness but don't want to battle for machines at the huge work out places...

this is my gym and i love it. i do wish they offered more classes at different times - like lunch time. that would be perfect for me. but that aside - i feel a change in the gym - more geared towards fitness and helping. i always see a trainer now when i go in and they're super helpful and friendly. i love not having to fight for a machine- no matter when i go in. overall - i love!

I am really enjoying the Wednesday morning, "Ripped" class with Elizabeth, what a great workout! I also love the "Kids Club" daycare, it makes it so easy to workout with kids.

BE WARNED:: YOUR CONTRACT IS BINDING & when you want to CANCEL a freaking simple GYM membership, you have to give a 60 day notice (ridiculous!) if you move you have to provide a SIGNED COPY of a lease agreement or some other form of what should be PRIVATE information! …
