I could have chose many other places but this worked for me! At 40 I am in the best shape of my life and thankful for the physical and emotional growth that this training studio has provided. All the members are encouraging and supportive.....many have become great friends. Cross fit, meets boot camp, meets spartan, meets yoga!! TOP NOTCH TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR ALL AGES AND FITNESS LEVELS!!!

Not Good Openlist

Fit for Life seems to be a wanna be fitness center. The atmosphere is depressing, the members don't smile, the owner seems to ignore members and even the owners wife looks down on some members. Not the place...

Fit for life is a personal training facility not a gym. They do have a wide variety of fitness equipment that you work on with the trainers. They also allow you to pop in and use the cardio whenever you like....
