Ugly flowers delivered AFTER funeral service.

Breen's Florist,

Delivery at "07:05 p.m." was TOO LATE. A day late and a dollar short!
The flowers were supposed to be there by 6:00 p.m. for the visitation.
Your delivery guy showed up AFTER THE SERVICE STARTED. To top it
all off, your delivery guy actually disrupted the service by walking down
the aisle to speak with the funeral director. I was absolutely appalled!
The funeral director dismissed your delivery guy since he was too late.
After the service was finished, I took pictures of the flowers in the hall,
by the door, with my digital camera at 7:45 p.m. What good were they?

To make matters worse, THE DISPLAY WAS HORRIBLE AND UGLY. I was
supposed to get "Christmas greenery," something "unique." None of the
above. For over $176, all I got was greenery that was brown and full of
holes, the dreary carnations were dry and ugly, and some other dry yellow
flowers were droopy. To add insult to injury, a red bow dragged the floor.

I WILL NEVER, EVER SET FOOT OR CALL BREEN'S FLOWERS AGAIN ...!
I WILL TELL EVERY ONE I CAN ABOUT WHAT A RIP-OFF YOU ARE AND
SHOW ANYBODY I CAN THE HORRIBLE, UGLY PICTURES OF MY FLOWERS
TO MY DEAD FRIEND SITTING PATHETICALLY IN THE HALLWAY ALONE.

I WANT A REFUND IMMEDIATELY. I WILL FIGHT THE CREDIT CARD IF
I HAVE TO OR GO TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT - AND GIVE YOU ALL THE
BAD ADVERTISING THAT I CAN. I HOPE YOU GO OUT OF BUSINESS ...!
ACTUALLY, I SHOULD CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ABOUT IT.

YOUR STUPID DELIVER GUY WHO SEEMS TO HAVE SCRAPED SOME OLD
ARRANGEMENT OFF A CEMETERY SOMEWHERE NEEDS TO GO BACK TO
THE FUNERAL HOME AND PICK UP THAT SORRY, UGLY MESS TO RETURN.
THE FUNERAL HOME DID NOT ACCEPT IT. I DO NOT ACCEPT IT EITHER!
