Help us make it rightThis guy is terrible. In the age of turbotax i don't even understand why he is still in business. I came to him at the end of march to get my taxes filed. He sat on them until September!!!!! My repeated phone calls were ignored... I ended up paying an extra $1000 in fines and as an additional insult I had to pay for his so called ""services"" to get my paperwork back. That was a few years back but I still get mad just thinking about it. I hope he gets whats coming to him and his business fails... I just feel super uneasy that he has my personal info on file.
I switched over to Harris three years ago and am grateful I did. He is a very helpful person and had my returns back ahead of time. I am able to ask him questions which he answers with clarity. His office might not impress you but that should not be the measure of his intelligence and skills.
Very unprofessional mannerism, he takes on way too many clients (due to greed) and then will not have your taxes ready by the 15th----forcing you to file for an extention. He gets irritated if this bothers you, and makes snide remarks. His office is sloppy and completely cluttered. It is amazing that he is even in business.
