Despite the owner doing the estimate - the job was under-estimated. They stuck by the estimate, but the techs were stressed over the time involved to complete it. Some work was left undone or partly done. They came with no tools to handle common things such as removing storm windows. We loaned them tools, one of which apparently left with them. I had to redo some of the windows due to smears...
