The other reviews mentioned a team, I had one person assigned to my house and gutters; the work suffered as a result. The owner (Steve) called me a couple days later to collect payment and offered a 10% discount on the next service, he was less interested in the experience and assumed I would use them again.I will not be using them for future engagements.
