The people at FLS are questionable people. I have spoke to several of them time and time again about their shortcomings. And it seems as though at some point these people would look back into their own lives and remember a time they were in dispute of a company or bill.

SAVE YOUR SELF A LOT OF TROUBLE AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Like other people have said you can't get anyone to call you back, you can't find info on the people in charge. It has been a nightmare...they wont even respond to my BBBcomplaint. I moved in April 081 and requested that my alarm be transfered. I would give these creeps minus 5 stars if I could. They lie like they have to or they'll die. Totally unprofessional in their approach to dealing with customer issues. They misrepresent themselves as being in all 50 states so moves won't be a problem. What a joke. The sales people lie. The customer service reps lie. The CSR supervisors lie. The managers lie.
