I had 4 locks re-keyed. The work was completed but the locksmith was very unprofessional to say the least. He was very sloppily dressed with shirt and underwear hanging out. He actually asked us what state he was in. He walked in the house talking on the phone and proceeded to look at doors before consulting us as to what we needed done. They order a part for the lock, didn't get a call back to us, on what's going on for this lock. I think this is bad customer service!!!!!
