Beautiful hidden gem

First Methodist is a beautiful building hidden in the sky scrapers of downtown. The 1910 Sanctuary boasts incredible architecture on both the inside & outside. The longer you look, the more details you see on the outside. The interior with its huge stained glass windows is absolutely beautiful. It also has an incredible 118 rank Aeolian Skinner pipe organ. I was lucky enough to attend a wedding here. I must say it's another one of Houston's beautiful churches. The reception was just a walking distance away...

Don't bother. Very unfriendly. Recently in Houston waiting on a bus with my grandchildren, granddaughter had to use the facilities badly, went to the church believing that all churches were open to assist.
