I am a small businessman and sometime job timelines are not available to wait on checks to clear from one bank to another so I have to cash a check and it's unfair that you charge a "fee" of 20$ when I do. I understand this is First Tennessee's way of extorting patrons into paying a fee or making them join your bank. It's poor business practice and sadly just wrong
