I couldn't disagree with that other review more strenuously! My child has attended First Lutheran from kindergaten thru 5th grade. She can read quite well, and has excelled in all the basic schooling skills. On top of that, she LOVES her school. Great for theology, bad for basic skills

My daughter attended this school for two years. I was completely unsatisfied with her education. She left first grade unable to read and had to repeat the first grade. I found that the school put more focus on learning theology rather than learning to read and write. And although this was a Christian school, which encouraged Christian conduct, there wasn't much discipline when the children...
