Have made five attempts to contact company. No matter what time or day the telephone answering system is on permanent voice mail and always directs you to leave a message. Firstline never calls back, and never replies to email. Like others, intend to file complaint with BBB and move my business elsewhere.

Just like most other people taken in by this scam, someone came to my door asking me to "upgrade" my ADT security system in September 2007. The young salesman, Brandon, was from FirstLine Security.
