The service was outstanding but the office was uncomfortably cold! Would not recommend or return for that reason elderly people cannot tolerate that type of environment. i was very irritated by the time I left

The staff was great and very helpful, the doctor was super nice and the overall experience was great!
Not happy with this place. My prescription was way off and wearing the glasses made me nauseous. When I told them about it they simply said, "sorry". I asked for my record but Dr. never signed off on it and it was never given to me. They don't have enough staff so when you go in, you wait at the counter forever before someone helps you.
The lady who helped me was really nice. She spent lots of time helping me find frames that are cute and different. I was disappointed when I checked the price of the frames on the internet and found the frames for half the price I paid for them. The customer service was outstanding.
