My initial contact with this company was a good one. The gentleman I spoke with was helpful and informed. I asked him to make a special cable for the phone amplifier I purchased. He didn't bat an eye and made the cable for me. 
Unfortunately the cable didn't work and needed to be rewired. I took in a sample cable (which was working) for him to duplicate.

Friendly enough reps, but horribly mismanaged and unorganized. Hit or miss customer service. Not worth the hassle.
