We were unsure if we should use this company due to a really bad review from about 3 years ago. When the owner called my husband back, my husband was honest about our concerns. My husband was extremely pleased with his lengthy talk with the owner and we decided to use them. We were pleased in every aspect with our entire move! There was ongoing communication with the owner and my husband before, during and at the end of the move . The four guys that came were strong, hard workers and they NEW what they were doing! (an added bonus: they all had pleasant personality's) We rarely write...

In July of 2012 I sold my home and made moving arrangements with First Choice. However, my move date came and went as my closing kept being pushed back. During that time, through conversations and continual contact, First Choice assured me that they would be there for me as soon as I was ready. Finally, after a week had passed, we were clear to close, and they were true to their word.

Yes they were prompt, courteous, professional and efficient. But First Choice went above and beyond any expected level of service by actually becoming a trusted partner during an incredibly stressful...
