We had them install and AC unit in our house. We gotten a quote from Jacobs as well, but when I called back to get more details on the cost, no one ever called me back. Steve from First Call came out and answered all our questions in detail. Followed up a week later and answered more questions. He also gave us his personal cell phone to call him.

He was very honest about how well an AC unit would cool our house and the limitations (we live in an old house and he told us not to expect full cooling upstairs). He also let us know that all their ACs are the new refrigeration units that do not...
