Charging people $5.00 a month for their balance statement is just wrong. And the way the credit union went about doing it is pure theft. What about people without computer access. It would have been better to just not send any statements out and then when people asked about them advise them you would be charging $5.00 a month for them. This was just pure theft of funds from your clients. And...
