Firewall Pest Solutions is a family owned company. Michael H got into the pest management industry because it appealed to his interest in insects and the environment. The Firewall Pest Solutions team is very much a family and our culture reflects that. At Firewall we are proud to protect the NW from the nuisances, damages, and health threats that pests can cause...but more importantly, Firewall is a proud supporter of the local communities on pest education. A safe protected environment free of the health risk that pests can cause is the Firewall motto. We are always looking for ways to use our resources and contribute to local causes and communities.
Over the years Michael has improved his knowledge in the Pest Management Industry by continuing to attend Urban IPM, WDO pest inspection, and Bed Bug classes through WSU.

New Management Rocks

Affordable and educated through WSU Ext in pest management. Took Care of my bald faced hornets nest like they were magic. I was in disbelief the way Mike approached and bagged the nest without them even attacking him. Almost like he was a ghost.

Do not be fooled

Mike is VERY nice on the phone, DO NOT BE FOOLED! He did not use a contract, did not verify services before supplying them, charged for services that weren’t provided or guaranteed, and did not return calls when we tried to contact him. Mike charged us $150 for bird removal; no birds were actually removed. Instead, he put some powder on a mop and brushed around the nesting spot telling us it was a deterrent. He told us that if we had any more problems with the birds nesting in our eaves to call him and he’d come out and take care of it since we had already paid for the service. The next day, the birds were back. Mike didn't respond to our calls for 2 weeks; when he finally did he said he would come out but never did. After another week of trying to contact him with no response, we have given up and are contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Mike is really good at what he does he worked for Orkin for a year and decided to branch out and make his own business don't listen to the bad reviews on other sites Mike is a notch above the rest
